No shipping is required for eBooks.

For Paperbacks and other physical products, shipping will be through "media mail" when possible. These products are fulfilled by a third party. Shipping is currently only available in the United States, unless otherwise available through a third party print-on-demand service local to your location. Shipping and production times are determined by the third party service, and tracking of orders is supplied through this site by them.
