OC FULLY RENDERED ART: Outlines and Color

A human-created (by ME, Tamara Henson!), digitally drawn and polished, fully rendered art piece (with looser "sketch" lines OR smooth and solid outlines) of your Original Character (OC) as discussed through email consultation. A full color or black and gray custom rendering in a discussed pose, dynamic or static, meant for digital reference or display. Full body, portrait, or head and torso views. May include written or typed labels/names as requested by the client.

PROCESS:

1. Email tamara@tamarahenson.com and complete the Google Docs form linked in the auto-reply.
2. Consultation Prior to Purchase: I will reply with clarifying questions to discuss the details of your request and confirm when I receive your replies. You can also select ARTIST'S DISCRETION options if you want me to decide for you! (Please allow around 24 hours for personal replies to emails, though I aim for less time than that!)
3. Purchase the listing you decide upon, and I will add your project to my art queue! If you select an option that permits LIVE DRAWING of your project, I'll notify you by email when I'm working on yours, and you can watch or join the Live if you want! (To split up pricing into stages for higher-priced listings, please indicate this option in the Google Doc form!)
4. I will send AT LEAST ONE quick layout sketch of the image we discuss for your approval, and await your reply before continuing the project. A quick reply will prevent delays in your project's timeframe, since I will be scheduling time efficiently for multiple projects in the order they're booked, and will send estimated booking times for your project by email!
5. For larger projects, I will make any major changes you request and send at least ONE MORE refined sketch if needed. For smaller projects, I will complete the design based on your notes following the initial sketch.
6. Follow-up progress shots and requests for clarification are at my discretion, and may include Outlines, Flats and Previews of the Final Rendering.
7. Delivery of final artwork in an agreed upon file format by email or Google Drive (depending on file sizes).
8. I will mark this order Delivered/Complete, if that doesn't happen automatically. :)

As there are NO REFUNDS of your purchase price, I expect responsive email communication at each stage of the process. Any changes must be communicated as I request them. No major changes will be made or permitted after we have finalized discussion prior to your final rendering!

UNDERSTANDING COPYRIGHT: You own the concept of your character. I will only use the completed image in personal promotion in a digital sample format like you see in this listing. You gain unlimited permission for personal use of the resulting image, as printed media, digital posting, or any use that isn't meant to generate income directly (like selling a product printed with this image). I appreciate credit in your posts, but it's not expressly required. Not licensed for book cover art, sale in any format, or any other use than personal. (See COMMERCIAL LICENSE listings for that option!
